Terms of Service

The service
TrendFlow provides programmatic access to Google Trends search-interest data, through a hosted MCP server, a REST API, and open-source client libraries. Using it means agreeing to these terms.
Accounts
Trending searches and topic lookup work without an account. Everything else needs one. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret; you can revoke a key at any time from your account page.
Plans and billing
Free accounts include a small monthly allowance. Pro and Business are paid plans, billed monthly or annually in advance in US dollars, and they renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may be added at checkout. Current prices are shown on your account page — if we raise them, existing subscriptions keep the price they signed up at.
Allowances reset on the 1st of each month, UTC, and unused calls do not carry over.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the free tier. We refund a first payment in full if you ask within 14 days of making it; renewal payments are not refundable. Email dario@mory.dev to request one.

About the data
All figures are normalized relative interest scaled within a single result set, never absolute search volume, and results from separate queries are not comparable to each other. Data may be cached and therefore slightly out of date. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for a financial, medical, legal, or other consequential decision.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, resell raw access, or use the service to break the law. We may suspend access that threatens the stability of the service, and will refund the unused part of a paid period if we suspend an account that was following these terms.
Availability
TrendFlow is offered as-is, without a service level commitment. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid plan we will give notice and refund the unused part of the period.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TrendFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date above will change and the current version will always be published here. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
